After a stroke too many families are thrown into the world of rehab with very little guidance.

They are left searching for answers, piecing together information and trying to support recovery without a clear path forward.

It is overwhelming, isolating and exhausting when ongoing, real-world support is missing: the kind that helps survivors AND their families keep moving, keep adapting and keep hope alive when the road feels uncertain.

Stroke recovery doesn’t come with a roadmap, but here you will find steady support and direction to keep you going and moving forward when you hit a bump in the road and everyday life gets tough.

You are not alone.

Small Group In Person Classes

Regular exercise improves brain function after a TIA or mild stroke and may help lower the risk of a secondary stroke. It can also make everyday things feel a bit easier again; from getting up and down more confidently to helping your co-ordination and focus.

This small, supportive group exercise class is designed to help you rebuild strength, stamina, balance and the connection between brain and body.

With a mix of gentle aerobic movement patterns, strength work, balance and co-ordination, every session is tailored to you.

If you are mobile, able to stand with some support and walk short distances without another person’s assistance, then this small group class is for you.

Tuesday – 10.15am – 11am

Semi Private Classes

Not quite ready for a group setting yet?

Semi-private sessions are designed to give you a little more space, support and guidance as you rebuild confidence in your movement.

With a maximum of 2 people, sessions run weekly as a 4-week programme, allowing you to build consistency and feel reassured as you get moving again.

As with the small group classes, each session blends gentle aerobic movement patterns, strength work, balance and co-ordination, with exercises adapted specifically to you.

Suitable for those who are mobile, able to stand with some support, and walk short distances without another person’s assistance.
