Providing real-life guidance that complements, but never replaces, clinical care.

Stroke recovery doesn’t come with a roadmap.

Every year, thousands of people leave hospital living with the effects of stroke.

Families are left navigating uncertainty.

Survivors are left waiting for formal therapy.

And health, fitness and wellness professionals often want to help but don’t know where to begin.

Stroke Rehab Support is here to bridge that gap.

The CPD in Stroke Rehab Support equips health, wellness and fitness professionals with the knowledge and confidence to provide safe, non-clinical support to stroke survivors and their families.

Beyond professional training, I provide personalised 1:1 and 2:1 Exercise After Stroke and Stroke Rehab Support for survivors and their families from my private workout space in Castle Donington (DE74 2NJ).

These sessions focus on improving strength, balance, co-ordination, confidence and everyday movement in a calm and supportive environment. Alongside the exercise itself, I help people understand how the brain and body can continue to adapt and re-learn after stroke, and why meaningful progress can still be possible months and even years later.

Recovery isn’t just about formal therapy sessions. It is about everyday support, small steps and having someone who understands how tough the road to recovery can feel.
