Exercise After Stroke
Supporting survivors and families through movement and exercise. After a stroke too many survivors and families find themselves navigating the world of rehabilitation with very little guidance.
Many people are left searching for answers, piecing together information and trying to move forward without a clear path
It can be overwhelming, isolating and exhausting when ongoing, real-world support is missing; the kind that helps survivors and the people around them keep moving, keep adapting and keep hope alive when the road feels uncertain.
Stroke recovery doesn’t come with a roadmap, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Personalised Stroke Rehab Support
Every stroke is different, so the challenges and recovery journey always vary. That’s why I believe in working with the person in front of me; your goals, your challenges, your confidence and your abilities today.
Regular exercise can play an important role in stroke recovery, but how that looks will be different for everyone. Whether you’re looking to improve balance, build strength, increase confidence in your movement or make everyday activities feel a little easier, support is tailored to where you are now and the goals that matter most.
